Leads On Loads.  We are not just any dispatch service.  We endeavor to take all of the worry out of running the truck company for our owner operator clients so they can focus on their driving.

Mission:

Our mission is to help small trucking companies to grow their business from 1 or 2 trucks to 7-10 trucks in their fleet.  We do this by keeping our prices low, and our clientele manageable.  We endeavor to assign no more than 4 trucks to 1 dispatcher.  This helps us to focus on good customer service.  As the trucking companies we represent grow, we grow to keep a good balance between truck drivers and dispatchers.

We go above and beyond for the trucking companies that sign on with us.  Frequent and good communication is key.  We keep the owners informed of what we are doing with their trucks, the truck drivers informed about the load they are hauling and in return, we expect to be informed if something comes up that will affect the pick up or delivery of the load that is booked for them.

We work for the truck company, (you’re the boss) and we work to take care of the company’s assets, their drivers and their bottom line
